8 oz. carrot juice
4 oz celery juice 4 oz beet juice
1 cup of alfalfa sprouts & Tsp. Kelp
16 oz Drink fresh daily |

16 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1-cup sunflower seeds
Handful of sprouts
Tsp. of kelp
Blend in blender well.
Drink as a protein drink once a day. |

1 oz Chaparral 1 tsp.
1 oz Black Walnut Per Cup
1 oz Red Clover
Boil water, then add herb. Let steep for 15 minutes. Let cool, strain. Drink 4 – 6 cups daily without sweetener. |
