Approach  
To cleanse the blood stream and to revitalize the immunity system to help restore balance within the body.

 
Foods to Avoid
Flesh meat, fried foods, sugar, caffeine products, cheese, milk, all dairy products, night shade plants: tomatoes, egg plants, potatoes.

 
Foods to Eat  

Fresh Fruits – apples, grapes (seed), bananas, peaches, pears, pineapples, oranges, lemons, grapefruits, melons.

Dry Fruits - raisins, figs, prunes, dates

Grains – rolled oats, millet, and brown rice.

Nuts – sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds.

Vegetables – peas, leafy vegetables, lentils, soybeans, carrots, beets, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower.

   
Juice Therapy
Vegetable Juice 8 oz. carrot juice
4 oz celery juice 4 oz beet juice
1 cup of alfalfa sprouts & Tsp. Kelp
16 oz Drink fresh daily
   
Fruit Juice 16-oz grape juice (with seeds) daily
16 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1-cup sunflower seeds
Handful of sprouts
Tsp. of kelp
Blend in blender well.
Drink as a protein drink once a day.
   
Herb Therapy
Mix Together 2 oz Par D’Arco Ratio of Mix:
1 oz Chaparral 1 tsp.
1 oz Black Walnut Per Cup
1 oz Red Clover

Boil water, then add herb. Let steep for 15 minutes. Let cool, strain. Drink 4 – 6 cups daily without sweetener.
   
Meal Planning  
Breakfast Juice Program – Fruit
1 Tsp. Flax Seeds, 1 Tsp. Psyllium seeds (whole) in food or drink
Protein Drink/Kyolic Capsules (3)
Fresh Fruits – apples, pears, bananas
Grains – rolled oats, millet
2 hours after, drink 2 glasses of water, herb tea
 
Lunch Juice Therapy – Vegetable
Flax Seed, Psyllium
Vegetables, steamed – Fresh Salads
Sunflower Seed Dressing
Kyolic Capsules (3)
2 hours later – 2 glasses of water
 
Supper Juice Therapy – Fruit
Herb Tea
Kyolic Capsules (3)
Fresh Fruit – Flax Seed – Psyllium
2 hours later – 2 glasses of water
 
Blackstrap Molasses - 1 Tbsp. twice a day, morning and afternoon, to help build blood (high in iron).
   
Kyolic Garlic Capsules - Take 3 – 4 capsules three times a day.
